Mens Mental Health Counselling

I offer counselling for a wide range of emotional, relational, and health-related concerns — whether you’re feeling anxious or low, facing challenges in your relationships or career, or living with the impact of trauma, grief, or chronic health conditions. My aim is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.

 

I work with individuals of all genders, ages, and backgrounds, including those from diverse faith and cultural communities. Many clients come to me when they feel under pressure, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. I provide services for;

I have particular experience in men’s mental health, offering a grounded, non-judgemental space to explore identity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. While this is a special interest, my work is inclusive and responsive to everyone who seeks support.

Alongside one-to-one counselling, I also facilitate group sessions — offering opportunities for shared reflection, connection, and support.

Workplace and Corporate Services

I offer tailored mental health and wellbeing support for workplaces and organisations of all sizes. This includes one-to-one counselling for employees, mental health screening, wellbeing workshops, and confidential support for staff. My services aim to reduce absenteeism and presenteeism, boost morale, and foster a healthier, more resilient workforce. All support packages are flexible and can be shaped to meet the specific needs of your organisation.

My membership with these professional bodies reflects my commitment to safe, ethical, and effective practice, as well as my dedication to ongoing professional development.
