Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, burnout, or just a sense that something’s not quite right, you don’t have to face it alone. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin—just a willingness to start where you are.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and go at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is open, down-to-earth, and compassionate, and when it fits, there’s room for humour too—because sometimes a lighter moment can ease the weight of difficult conversations.
