Online and Remote Counselling

“In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.”

There are many advantages to online and telephone counselling as dsitance is no object and it also offers a flexible, accessible way to receive support — from the comfort of your own home, or wherever feels right for you. This can make it easier to fit therapy around your life, especially if you have work, caring responsibilities, health issues, or prefer the privacy of your own space. For some people, removing the pressure of travel or unfamiliar environments actually helps them open up more freely.
Whether we meet via a secure video platform or speak by phone, the quality of the therapeutic relationship remains the same. I bring the same focus, care, and professionalism to remote work as I do in person. Clients feel just as heard, supported, and connected — and in some cases, even more able to explore sensitive topics without the added intensity of sitting face to face.
Online and telephone counselling can also be helpful if you’re living in a rural area, have limited mobility, or simply prefer the convenience. It’s a way to access therapy that fits into your world, while still offering a structured and meaningful space to reflect, process, and grow.
