Introductory Call

I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation (non-therapeutic) to help you decide if I’m the right fit for your needs.

Standard Session Fees (50 minutes)

£75.00

Block Booking Offer

Book a block of 6 counselling sessions for the price of 5 – your 6th session is free when booked and paid in advance. The full balance must be paid at the tme of the inital booking.

This reflects a saving of around 15% and supports continuity in your therapeutic process.

Please note:

Sessions must be used within 3 months
Non-refundable once booked
A payment plan may be available if affordability is a concern – feel free to ask

Concessionary Rates

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for individuals facing financial hardship.
These sessions are strictly limited and subject to availability.

I also provide voluntary counselling support within community-based settings as part of my ongoing commitment to accessible mental health care.

Corporate / Employer-Funded Sessions

For counselling sessions funded by employers or organisations, the following rate applies:

- £100.00 per 50-minute session

This rate reflects the administrative and professional responsibilities involved in working with third-party funding arrangements. All sessions remain strictly confidential in line with professional and ethical standards. Please contact me to discuss arrangements.

Payment Terms

Payment is required via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may still be chargeable in full
To reschedule, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
Bank details and confirmation will be provided at time of booking
Fees are subject to change
