Counselling for Men

“Supporting men to speak up, not man up. Your wellbeing matters”

Men on Beach

I welcome adults of all genders and backgrounds. People come to counselling with different experiences, concerns and ways of expressing themselves, and I take time to understand what matters to each person.

Through my work in healthcare and counselling, I have also supported many men who have found it difficult to speak about how they feel or ask for help. For some, expectations around staying strong or keeping things to themselves can make that first conversation feel particularly unfamiliar.

Whatever your gender, you’re welcome to bring what’s on your mind—whether that’s stress, relationships, health, family responsibilities or uncertainty about where life is heading. You don’t need to have everything worked out before we begin. We can take time to explore things together, at your pace.
