What is Rewind Therapy?
Rewind Therapy (RT) is a proven, internationally recognized treatment for PTSD. Developed in the 1990s by Dr. David Muss, it helps you gain control over traumatic memories—without needing to share the details.
How Does It Work?

RT uses relaxation and guided imagery to process memories safely. It helps stop involuntary recall—like nightmares and flashbacks—by “filing” the memory so it no longer disrupts your daily life. Often, just two or three sessions can bring closure for single traumas.
Key Benefits:
-
No need to disclose sensitive details
-
Minimal risk of re-traumatization
-
Quick and effective relief of symptoms
-
Suitable for a wide range of traumas
Who Can It Help?
-

-

-
Emergency responders
-
Anyone who’s tried other therapies without success
Types of Trauma Treated:
-
Single event trauma (accidents, loss, etc.)
-
Complex trauma (abuse, combat stress, etc.)
