Introductory Call

I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation (non-therapeutic) to help you decide if I’m the right fit for your needs.

Standard Session Fees (60 minutes)

• £75.00 — Face-to-face

• £65.00 — Online / Telephone

Block Booking Offer

Book a block of 6 counselling sessions for the price of 5 – your 6th session is free when booked and paid in advance.
This reflects a saving of around 15% and supports continuity in your therapeutic process.

Please note:

• Sessions must be used within 3 months

• Non-refundable once booked

• A payment plan may be available if affordability is a concern – feel free to ask

Concessionary Rates

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for individuals facing financial hardship.
These sessions are strictly limited and subject to availability.

I also provide voluntary counselling support within community-based settings as part of my ongoing commitment to accessible mental health care.

Corporate / Employer-Funded Sessions

For counselling sessions funded by employers or organisations, the following rate applies:

- £120.00 per 60-minute session

This rate reflects the administrative and professional responsibilities involved in working with third-party funding arrangements. All sessions remain strictly confidential in line with professional and ethical standards.​ Please contact me to discuss arrangements.

Payment Terms

​

• Payment is required via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your scheduled session

• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may still be     chargeable in full

• To reschedule, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

• Bank details and confirmation will be provided at time of booking

• Fees are subject to change
